Mr Brent Woods
Brent is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with practice locations in Melbourne and Ballarat. He completed training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery through the Victorian training programme followed by a fellowship in facial trauma surgery at one of Australia's trauma capitals, Fiona Stanley Hospital in Perth.
His interests include orthognathic surgery, facial trauma and dentoalveolar surgery including wisdom tooth removal, dental implants and bone grafting. Brent utilises virtual surgical planning and guided techniques extensively in his orthognathic and dental implant work.
Brent is the Director of Maxillofacial Surgery at The Austin Hospital where he supervises training of the current cohort of maxillofacial registrars, and his private practice is with Victorian Oral & Facial
Surgeons.
