Practice manager's toolkit for growth – part 1

With the well known shortage of dentally trained team members, hiring training and retaining team members is pivotal for today’s dental practice. Start with the foundations of getting the practice culture right. Understand hiring systems, how to train clinical staff and enhance customer service skills.

Learn how to:

  • design and implement a program to grow a positive practice culture that team members love and never want to leave
  • ensure you get the right person for the position by learning robust hiring systems
  • use of new technology to help train your team
  • develop a set of customer service standards that can be implemented immediately at your practice.
