Practice manager's toolkit for growth – part 2

In this second session, we will focus on the developmental pathway of front office team members.

We will strategise and workshop new ways of helping them become highly trained advocates for your business. We will do this by working through three key skills: patient communication, answering the telephone and asking for referrals.

Learn how to

  • identify a development pathway for each administration team members and create an action plan to assist their growth
  • use internal marketing tools to grow the dental practice
  • increase the conversion of ‘shopper phone calls’ into loyal patients
  • grow dental practice and ensure it has robust systems for communicating with patients.
