Community Relations Manager and Professional Consultant
Dr Raj Dhaliwal is an experienced risk management and clinical professional in dentistry and law. Raj holds positions as an examiner at the Australian Dental Council and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, as well as committee positions at both organisations. She is the section chair for the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Raj manages the team of Community Relations Officers / Professional Consultants at ADAVB.

Emma holds a Master of Accounting Degree and has been a CPA Australia full member for the last two decades. Prior to joining ADAVB, Emma worked as an auditor in China and in financial departments at multinational resource companies such as Petroleum China and Rio Tinto.

Katy has practised clinical dentistry in many parts of Australia, in both the private and public sectors including the Integrated Special Needs Department of the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne. Katy has also taught both dentistry and oral health students and examines at the Australian Dental Council.
