How to gain proficiency in the aseptic technique and reprocessing
Introducing two new infection prevention and control courses for the whole dental team.
Coming in June, our Practice Plus team is launching two new infection prevention and control courses to help you gain proficiency in the aseptic technique and reprocessing:
- Aseptic technique: Standard and surgical
On Friday 4 June, 8am–12:15pm, be guided through the principles of aseptic technique, receive a demonstration and practise the key concepts of aseptic technique for procedures performed under local anaesthetic. Experience a truly practical session and conclude confident that you are well on your way to consolidating this practice. - Reprocessing instruments and equipment: What’s happening in Steri?
On Friday 4 June, 1:15pm–5:30pm, learn how to reprocess reusable devices and maintain the associated equipment more efficiently and safely. Consolidate the fundamentals and explore the possibilities of your current layout, workflows and tracking systems. Experience a truly practical session and access to resources to supplement your current system.
Attend one of these hands-on sessions, or stay on for both for a full-day experience.
